Creating Passion with Rituals




A ritual is a sense of regular investment into mindfulness with purpose and action. Facilitating with meaning and passion, like a morning ritual of stretching, or deep abdominal breathing outside, can lower blood pressure and heart rate, particularly lowering anxiety. Barefoot on the earth or by the ocean connects and grounds us. Exposing your face and skin to natural morning light can boost your body’s personal circadian rhythm and uplift you. Hydration and green food fuel taken with intention are essential to preventing free radical damage and is anti-ageing.

At the close of the day, create a ritual supporting a loving environment, like a relaxing bath or shower while feeling your body’s attention to your breathing. Daily journaling can assist in releasing anxious thoughts.

Reflecting on your most precious commodity, ''your time' will ensure you spend it mindfully. A quiet and dimly lit space promotes calm and thankfulness for life. Feel love for your body for all you have experienced today.

Harmony is the union of the duality of the sun and light energy, frequency and sound to merge with the earth, the silence, the physical presence and manifestation. More core light energy is created within the body if we include these elements in our daily rituals. x
